About Us
Hi! My name is Ashlee Lewis. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor located in North Carolina, providing virtual and in-person counseling services to individuals aged 18 and older through North and South Carolina. Although my practice is headquartered in Charlotte, NC, I serve a diverse clientele from across the Carolinas.
Over the course of my career, I've amassed an array of therapeutic tools. I tailor my approach to each client's unique needs, drawing from methodologies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and mindfulness techniques. My primary objective is to aid individuals in acquiring coping skills that can accompany them on their life journey, all while establishing individualized goals for each client.
Furthermore, I have received specialized training in Perinatal Mental Health through Postpartum Support International, and I'm deeply committed to assisting individuals within the LGBTQIA+ community. I am also trained in Brainspotting, which can be useful in many different areas, including trauma work.
